Here's a great starter 5th wheel we just took in trade. It's a 1995 Damon Escaper 37RKB. This unit was bought new and delivered straight to the camp site for the customer. Then it was taken to the storage lot. That's basically been the life of this unit. I did a general walk around and walk through on this unit, surprisingly it's in good shape. It needs a good ole' Murphys oil soap cleaning on the inside and a coat of wax certainly wouldn't hurt on the exterior, but other than that, it's a nice coach. It has (2) slide outs, one main super slide and a master bedroom slide. A huge front wardrobe and a couple hanging clothes wardrobe beside the bed. This unit does have a side aisle bathroom which is nice because it gives you plenty of privacy in the master bedroom. The interior colors are mauve and tans,..You can tell this unit was a higher end 5th wheel back in it's day! All the cabinets are raised panel solid oak,..it has (2) rocker recliners,..a free standing table and (4) chairs,..the sofa is a pull out hide-a-bed,..It has an 8 cu ft Norcold double door refer with Oak fronts,..this unit being a rear kitchen has a ton a counter space and cabinets. The previous owner left the under mount coffee maker and can opener,..and it has a 15K ducted roof A/C. I know I'm missing a ton of things on the inside, but this gives you a general idea of whats in it. The exterior honestly is nice too...It has a 10 gallon DSI hot water heater,..several exterior storage compartments,..a rear ladder,..an outside shower,..a 20' A&E awning with center support, power front landing gear and rear stabs. This unit also has dark tinted safety glass windows,..rear stab jacks,..a triple entry step,..and this unit has the aluminum framing with fiberglass exterior. A nice unit priced CHEAP!!
